[Everyone needed to unwind sometimes, and Asbel was no different. Leaving a note behind at the house saying that he and ledbythewind were "going out tonight", the duo set off to the bar. Because what better way to unwind than by knocking back a drink? ~~Or ten?~~ It was the perfect way to relax, after everything's that's been happening in Luceti recently.

So, that evening, the duo took position in Good Spirits, everyone's favorite bar. Their modus operandi? To drink, of course, and that is why they're seated at one of the tables in the front of the bar, with two glasses, one each in front of them. ...And also a bottle of Snake Wine for consumption. Doesn't it just look charming?

...It was Richard's idea, okay? It's what happens when you've had a few drinks already.]

((ooc: Okay so this post has a unique element. It'll progress in chronological order, meaning the second thread happens after the first, the third after the second, etc. BUT IN ADDITION, in each thread that gets started, Asbel and Richard will slowly and progressively become more intoxicated as they consume more of this alcohol. Or maybe not so slowly, since they've already knocked back a few. Come in late enough, and we may very have a drunk duo on our hands!))

[Richard is somewhat wasted by now, meaning that his good judgment? Yeah, it's kind of gone out the window. Instead of the appropriate horrified reaction like Asbel's, Richard will just be smiling and waving to the girl.]

[ She does as Richard says, approaching them and sitting down next to Asbel. She doesn't really notice how Asbel feels about her being here, nor does she notice that Richard is somewhat wasted! ]

That's right, we're having a night out as friends. That's why I asked you to sit down as well, Sophie-- after all, you're one of our friends too.

[ Sophie likes this plan!! And she smiles and nods. ] Yeah! Friends!

[ Aaaand then she looks around a little. ] What do we do here?

[Bad Richard.]

Asbel and I are having a few drinks together as adults. Sophie, would you like a soda?

[Hey, he's not THAT bad, okay.]

[ Sophie nods her head — she likes being involved with her friends. ]

Yes!

[...okay, that's less bad. BUT YOU BETTER NOT GET TOO DRUNK AROUND HER, RICHARD.]

Ah, okay. I'll order one for you, then. [TO THE COUNTER HE GOES.]

[HE MAKES NO PROMISES, ASBEL. But he'll sip his wine like a gentleman and behave himself for now.]

[ She watches Asbel as he goes to the counter, and then turns her attention to Richard. And — she is curious, so — ]

What's that? [ Staaaring at the drink. ] Is that soda, too?

[Asbel returns, with a glass of orange soda for Sophie. That should be fine. It's fruity and tastes good, right?]

No, this is wine, and it's something that only adults should drink. I don't think you'd like the taste anyway, Sophie.

[ She smiles and takes the glass of orange soda in her hands. ] Thank you, Asbel.

[ And then she looks at Richard before staring down at the soda. ] Oh. So only Asbel and Richard can drink wine? And I would only like soda?
