Erm... Excuse me. I know this may seem rather sudden to ask of someone, but... Is there anyone in the village who can conduct a wedding ceremony? Preferably today? I'm not expecting anything grandiose, just a simple ceremony with my friends would do.

Ahh, well... It's sort of last moment, so I'm not sure we could plan a large ceremony.

Well... I do plan on having my friends present, even without a ceremony. I couldn't leave them out of it...

And... Hmm. Well... It's unorthodox, but... There wouldn't be anything wrong with having an official ceremony later, would there?
