[Everyone needed to unwind sometimes, and Asbel was no different. Leaving a note behind at the house saying that he and ledbythewind were "going out tonight", the duo set off to the bar. Because what better way to unwind than by knocking back a drink? Or ten? It was the perfect way to relax, after everything's that's been happening in Luceti recently.

So, that evening, the duo took position in Good Spirits, everyone's favorite bar. Their modus operandi? To drink, of course, and that is why they're seated at one of the tables in the front of the bar, with two glasses, one each in front of them. ...And also a bottle of Snake Wine for consumption. Doesn't it just look charming?

...It was Richard's idea, okay? It's what happens when you've had a few drinks already.]

((ooc: Okay so this post has a unique element. It'll progress in chronological order, meaning the second thread happens after the first, the third after the second, etc. BUT IN ADDITION, in each thread that gets started, Asbel and Richard will slowly and progressively become more intoxicated as they consume more of this alcohol. Or maybe not so slowly, since they've already knocked back a few. Come in late enough, and we may very have a drunk duo on our hands!))

Yeah... I'd assumed that was just a gimmick.

Are we supposed to take it out before we pour it, or just leave it in the bottle?

It seems like it'd be pretty difficult to remove it...

We could always smash the top half of the bottle, remove the snake, and then pour it.

[Because that is totally a good idea, okay.]

But it's a nice bottle. It seems a shame to ruin it like that...

Asbel. Are you saying the bottle is more important than the wine inside?

No, of course not. It'd just be a waste to break the bottle like that.

A waste? We're just going to drink the wine anyway. What happens to the bottle afterwards doesn't matter.

...How would we pour it like that, though? It seems like it'd spill everywhere if we removed the neck of the bottle.

... we could pour it into a bowl and then into the glasses.

But what if we spilled the bowl?

[Richard stands up to go look for a knife... only to sit right back down again, because whoa, he's pretty sure the room shouldn't be wobbling like that.]
